Reporting to Associate Senior Manager - Marketing & Customer Relations and Associate Manager - Marketing & Customer Relations, the incumbent is responsible for handling sales and marketing related activities in related to first-hand property sales and supporting the Group’s creative and design services to ensure all collaterals meet brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning and execution of a full spectrum of branding, marketing and promotional initiatives;
  2. Coordinate the production of photography, video content and marketing collateral, media placement and other marketing initiatives for the Group;
  3. Monitor residential market trends and developments in the local property market;
  4. Conduct market research and analysis on property market and compile reports regularly; and
  5. Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in residential property industry and/or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for property sales projects
  • Good understanding of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, independent, highly responsible and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with an open-minded approach, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn
