Manager - Property Management (Commercial Portfolio) (Ref: HKRL/MPM/W)

The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day property management of a portfolio of investment properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a site in-charge to manage daily operations, supervise the performance of the contractors and liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation of different commercial properties
  • Identify and implement initiatives to deliver high quality property management service
  • Develop close relationship with tenants by providing quality services and appropriate solutions
  • Prepare annual budget and maintain cost control of approved budget
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Property Management or related disciplines with additional professional qualification on building management training
  • 10 years' working experience in property management field, with at least 4 years' at managerial grade
  • Member of professional property management organization is preferred
  • Actual experience in management of office/ shopping mall or a commercial complex is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is preferable
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
