Reporting to Assistant General Manager, the incumbent will be the team head supervising Senior Managers and below grades, overseeing the estate management matters of the assigned portfolio with cross-villages functional duties.

Responsibilities:
· To be one of the core members of City Management (CM) to get involved in general policy or measures of CM.
· To be Involved in COC related matters and decision making on some internal operation procedures or policies.
· To supervise the Estate staff, vendors and contractors.
· To coordinate various departments including Works, Landscape, Community Relation and Administration of CM, and other business units or stakeholders including Projects of new development, Commercial Services and schools.
· To maintain customer relation with residents and all relevant business units or stakeholders in Discovery Bay (DB).
· Perform any ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:
· Degree holder in Estate/ Property/ Facilities Management or related disciplines
· Minimum 15 years relevant experience and at least 10 years at managerial level; preferably with proven experience in managing sizeable, high-end residential communities.
· Property management licence Tier 1 holder
· Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Housing, Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing or equivalent is a must
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Well-organized and systematic approach in operations and strong problem solving skills.
· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
· Proficient in MS Office application

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager – Estate (Residential)

Work Location: Discovery Bay
