Assistant Officer – Human Resources (Discovery Bay) (Ref: SML/AOHR/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR services including employee compensation, recruitment and selection, and leave administration;
  • Assist in other HR functions such as employee relations;
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects & ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in a sizable service-oriented organization;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Less experience will be considered as Assistant – Human Resources

Work Location: Discovery Bay
