Assistant Manager –Estate (Ref: SML/AME/W)

Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional and high quality estate management service, keeping good relations and communications with residents, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints, and monitoring security and cleaning contractors’ performance. The incumbent should be:

Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated; preferably with formal training/qualifications in estate management or facilities management; Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH is preferable;
  • With a minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience and at least 5 years at supervisory level; preferably with proven experience from sizable and high-end residential properties;
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player;
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills;
  • With good leadership in supervising frontline staff and outside contractors.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer - Estate.)
