The incumbent will be responsible for providing receptionist and administrative support for the Discovery Bay office.

Responsibilities:
    • Greeting the residents and visitors and provide excellent customer services
    • Perform daily reception duties including handling phone calls and enquiries in professional manner, mailings and courier arrangement, meeting room bookings and office system control…etc.
    • Monitor and administer office supplies and equipment and provide necessary administrative support
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
    • HKDSE or above;
    • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in office reception
    • Customer-oriented, independent and able to deal with people at all levels
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Working location: Discovery Bay
