Reporting to the Senior Principal Manager – Property Management, as the head of the Technical Team, the incumbent will oversee all the technical and maintenance services for portfolio of office and commercial buildings. The incumbent will lead and manage the team to monitor the performance and progress of projects and maintenance works.

Requirements:
· Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
· Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade B or C
· Minimum 8 years relevant experience in project management / property & facility maintenance or similar capacity
· Solid experience in handling large scale renovation works for office and commercial buildings
· Knowledge of property management related occupational safety and health (OSH), preferably the experience of leading OSH matters of the company
· Possess good leadership skills with strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
· Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate Manager – Technical
