Reporting to the Senior Executive Manager – Property Management, as the head of the Technical Team, the incumbent will oversee all the technical and maintenance services for portfolio of office and commercial buildings. The incumbent will lead and manage the team to monitor the performance and progress of projects and maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, renovation / alteration projects and building systems. Experience in servicing commercial and landlord’s properties is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant HK ordinances and regulations related to building maintenance and safety.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining various building systems (e.g. MVAC, Electrical, plumbing, etc)
• Experience in reviewing fit-out work of the tenants, technical feasibility studies, overseeing renovation & ESG projects, repair and maintenance works, and preparing specifications and tender documents.
• Offering technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Strong communications skills to interact with tenants, contractors and other stake holders, ability to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, and adaptable to changing situation
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
