The incumbent will supervise a team to provide administration and facilities management services and review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
    • Supervise a team to provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment and maintenance as well as company’s activities and staff events
    • Review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Liaise with external parties such as service providers and office equipment vendors.
    • Maintain a hygienic and safe office space by coordinating with the cleaning staff, vendors and contractors
    • Organize annual activities and other in-house functions
    • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
    • Minimum 10-12 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
    • Mature and committed with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with can-do attitude
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
    • Advanced PC skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing etc.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Senior Manager - Administration

Work Location: Sheung Wan / Tsuen Wan / Discovery Bay

Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided. In fact, it only takes 25 minutes ride for ferry from Central or 10-15 minuets ride for bus from Sunny Bay MTR.
