Responsibilities:
- Lead the concierge team and monitor the work performance.
- Able to work independently according to company's procedure
- To understand customers' need and effectively respond to customer's enquiries, demands or relay to relevant parties
- Work with Estate Management team to raise constructive suggestions to superiors to improve quality of living of residents
Requirements:
- Post-secondary level or Tertiary education,
- Minimum 3 years related working experience, with 1 years supervisory experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality will be an advantage
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit is a must.
- Team-player, pleasant and passionate in community involvement
- Well interpersonal and communication skills with residents, owners. public members etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Office. Familiar with design software will be an advantage
Work Location: Discovery Bay
