The incumbent is responsible for the general office administration and provide clerical and secretarial support to the department and support the day-to-day operations of internal customers by fulfilling requests for IT services and has accountability for meeting customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first tier IT support and manage IT Help Desk
- Provide secretarial support to executive
- Take care of administrative matters of the department
- Manage IT hardware and software inventory and licence, arrange regular stock taking
- Handle procurement of IT equipment / services
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable organization
- Knowledge in PC software such as Microsoft Office, IT service/asset management software
- Experience in IT support is an advantage
- Good command in English
- Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated
