Senior Officer – Technical (Ref: WPM/SOT/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Estate Manager in overseeing day to day maintenance and repair
  • Handle all defects and improvement works for common facilities
  • Prepare quotation or tender documents for outsourced technical services
  • Supervise in-house technician and contractor performance; participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience of supervising repair and maintenance works in property management field; experience in taking over of properties is an advantage
  • Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A) and plumbing license will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract management is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin

Less experience will be considered for the post of Officer – Technical

Working Location: Tai Po
