Responsibilities:
    • To manage and deliver sales oriented marketing, events and communications across international customers;
    • To set up and develop a long term membership strategy;
    • To evaluate and implement changes to a membership structure as the needs of the business and members demand.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing is preferred;
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, experience in international luxury or marina marketing sectors is preferred;
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
    • Broad business perspective; commitment to integrated teamwork in decision making combined with disciplined prioritization;
    • Strong strategic perspective. Ability to identify industry trends and develop strategies to take advantage of market opportunities;
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire strong team cohesiveness and effectiveness.
Work Location: Discovery Bay
Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided. In fact, it only takes 25 min ride for ferry from Central or 10-15 min ride for bus from Sunny Bay MTR.
