• Supervise all aspects of the front desk office and the customer service ambassador team to ensure efficient and effective operation of clubhouse;
• Run regular coaching and performance reviews to ensure consistent frontline service;
• Handle all members’ complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner;
• Liaison with membership department in strategy planning and organizing various events and activities of our club members;
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure flawless execution; and
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
  

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, with 5 years supervisory experience;
• Preferred experience in the hotel, clubhouse, leisure, or airline industry;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skill;
• Creative, highly motivated and responsible;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing); and
• Immediate available is preferred.
