Assistant Officer - Leasing Administration (Ref: CSL/AOL/W)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreement and other legal documents, assist the management in preparing reports and presentation materials and conduct market research
  • Provide administrative support such as document and record management, clerical support, meeting coordination, leasing system input, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc study or proposal

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education with minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing; relevant experience in administration is an advantage
  • Familiar with all leasing procedures; team work player with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Pleasant, open-minded and proactive character
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency with MS Office application

Working location: Tsuen Wan
