Reporting to the Manager – Cost Control, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Cost Control Team and Project Team in processing payment application and tendering matters.

Requirements:
  • Diploma of any disciplines, with professional qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained from property developers, consultants or contractor;
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills

Working Location: Sheung Wan
