Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

The incumbent will provide Administrative Support such as: Front-Line Customer Enquiry Services, Document Management, Clerical Support, Office & Equipment Maintenance, Purchasing etc. to the property management office in Discovery Bay.

Requirements:
  • University graduate with relevant working experience;
  • Experience in document management system and purchasing is an advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin;
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Pleasant; Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available.
