Working location: Discovery Bay
The incumbent will be responsible to provide administrative, clerical and office management support for the golf club; assistant the supervisor to handle simple daily routines in the membership department, human resources and stock inventory issues; act as the coordinator among the department heads of the club, internal departments in the group.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience preferable in administration or clubhouse;
  • Knowledge of company structure, company policy, club mission, club rules & regulations;
  • Computer literacy with good knowledge in Microsoft office;
  • Ability to assist in keeping inventory rooms clean and well organized;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Hardworking, willing to work with people from different departments.
