Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

To be responsible for checking in customer, recording arrivals and departures in OPERA, preparing customer folios and keeping the room status up-to-date for occupied, vacant and unclean room. To ensure the highest standard of customer service at the Reception is extended to all customers, including in-house & outside customers.

Requirements:

    • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
    • With 1 year experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office
    • Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
