Guest Service Agent - 1 Call Center (Ref: DBRS/GSA_CC/W)
Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Diploma holder in Hotel Management is preferred
- With 1 year hotel Front Office or Telephone Service Experience
- Proficient in spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
We offer competitive remuneration package including annual leave, discretionary bonus, dental and medical coverage and Top-up MPF. Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided for employees working in Discovery Bay.
