Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Reporting to the Security Supervisor of Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, the incumbent will be patrol hotel premises and conduct posts of security duty in order to maintain order, enforce rules and regulations and insure observance of applicable laws. To be responsible for the control of access, maintenance of public orders, direction of traffic in accordance to the departmental operation procedures.
Adhere to local regulations concerning OSHA, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Security license holder
• 2 year of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the Company
• Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes
