Guest Service Agent (Overnight) - 1 Call Centre (Ref: DBRS/GSAC-O/W)
Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Friendly and outgoing
- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel telephone, front desk or reservation is an advantage
