Events Coordinator (Ref: DBRS/ECO/W)

Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all areas of event planning and logistical execution of all Events
  • Assist with all administration duties including preparing Daily Event List, Proposals and Contracts etc
  • Venue set up and event logistics before, during and after event

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Ability to work independently, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt oneself to different situations
  • Excellent phone manner and commitment to high service standards
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, good judgment and ability to think and problem solve independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese with Mandarin speaking a plus
